To use a certificate template, click on one of the links below. When the template appears, fill in the team or player name on the form and print onto your certificate.

NOTE: For most printers, you need to load your certificate paper upside-down, with the top lettering on the left.

You are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to practice making these certificates by first making duplicate photocopies of the certificates and then practice by making certificates on the copies first.
